Some of you may have already noticed that we have created an entirely new website through which our customers can manage their own Feelment content. In this blog post, we want to provide a closer look at everything that can be done on this customer site and why it's worth using!
You can find My Feelment website at: my.feelment.com. You can log in to the service using the same email address and password as in the Feelment application. Existing customers do not need to register again - your old account is linked to the customer site credentials.

Do you need a new music area, for example, for a private room or terrace? Do you want to establish a new karaoke or sports area? You can add different areas under the same location and order services for them directly through the My Feelment website. If your business is opening an entirely new branch, you can create a new location through the site and also order our services there. You can conveniently get the equipment needed for new areas and locations through our device service. Just contact us, and we'll find a solution that meets your needs.
Through My Feelment, you can also keep your company information up to date; update your company's contact and payment details or set the email address to receive electronic receipts for direct debits.
"What agreements did we have active, and until when are they valid?"
On the website, you can see all contracts listed. Enhance your restaurant entertainment offerings with new services as needed. You can order additional singing sessions for karaoke or expand your restaurant's sports coverage with a new channel package. This is especially convenient for things like karaoke singing sessions, in case they start running out during the evening. You can also choose to terminate contracts yourself at any time. (Effective until the end of the current billing period - for most products, this means one billing month.)
Review user information associated with your Feelment® license for your business. You can invite new users or remove old ones, for example, when staff changes occur. This allows your team members to log in to the Feelment app and My Feelment website with their personal credentials. You can also define different permissions for users, specifying who has purchasing rights for ordering services and who has rights only for using existing services. Simplify your day with the scheduling feature, allowing your chosen playlists to automatically play during your selected time intervals. You can also manually select music even when schedules are active. Schedules can be overridden by manually playing playlists. When manually selected playlists are removed from the queue, the schedules resume. For detailed instructions on scheduling background music, click here.
Want to change playlists or adjust the music volume but you're too far from the player? No worries - now you can do all of these remotely. Music remote management works easily and quickly through our My Feelment website. You can switch between playlists or adjust the music volume with just a few clicks. Like in the Feelment app, remote music management is enhanced with different headers. In the desktop version, headers are found in the side menu, and in the mobile version, they are behind the main menu in the top bar.
Display ready-made or custom ads on the digital screens of your restaurant using Feelment® Digital Signage. You can plan, for example, Happy Hour promotions in advance online and schedule them remotely to the restaurant's system. Convenient! Through My Feelment, you can upload your own advertising materials to the service and manage which ads are displayed at different locations and areas of your business. By using the ready-made advertising materials available in the service, you save time and effort. You can also schedule ads or create complete sets, i.e., ad playlists. Digital Signage is company-specific rather than location-specific. This means that you can centrally manage advertising for all locations remotely through a browser (or grant advertising agency access to manage ads, for example). Need tips for advertising support?
